Miroslav Mihaljevi\u0107<br \/>Franje Lu\u010di\u0107a 32, 10000 Zagreb<br \/>OIB: 90955732444<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Web stranica i ostale usluge Mihaljevi\u0107 med web<br \/>trgovine (kupnja uz dostavu) mogu se koristiti za<br \/>osobnu upotrebu bez naknade, prema ni\u017ee navedenim<br \/>Op\u0107im uvjetima.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kori\u0161tenjem web trgovine Mihaljevi\u0107 med obvezujete se<br \/>po\u0161tivati ove Op\u0107e uvjete. Ako se s njima ne sla\u017eete,<br \/>molimo Vas da ne koristite na\u0161e stranice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op\u0107i uvjeti podlo\u017eni su izmjenama u bilo kojem trenutku,<br \/>zbog \u010dega Vam preporu\u010dujemo da ih provjerite kod svake<br \/>posjete. Postupak kupnje odvija se kroz<br \/>sljede\u0107e faze:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Naru\u010divanje<\/li>\n\n<li>Pla\u0107anje<\/li>\n\n<li>Otprema (dostava)<\/li>\n\n<li>Preuzimanje<\/li>\n\n<li>Povrat \/ reklamacija<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupcem se smatra svaka fizi\u010dka ili pravna osoba koja se<br \/>registrira ili izvr\u0161i narud\u017ebu putem web trgovine<br \/>Mihaljevi\u0107 med.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve cijene izra\u017eene su u eurima (EUR) i uklju\u010duju PDV.<br \/>Proizvodi se isporu\u010duju po cijenama koje su va\u017eile u<br \/>trenutku narud\u017ebe, neovisno o datumu isporuke.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mihaljevi\u0107 med zadr\u017eava pravo neisporuke narud\u017ebe u<br \/>slu\u010daju sumnje na zlouporabu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Registracija<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za kori\u0161tenje usluga Mihaljevi\u0107 med web trgovine<br \/>morate imati najmanje 18 godina. Kupac je odgovoran<br \/>za to\u010dnost i potpunost svih podataka unesenih prilikom<br \/>registracije ili kupnje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako do\u0111e do promjene podataka, molimo Vas da ih<br \/>a\u017eurirate u svom korisni\u010dkom ra\u010dunu u rubrici &#8220;Moj<br \/>korisni\u010dki ra\u010dun&#8221; u \u0161to kra\u0107em roku.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Naru\u010divanje<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proizvodi se naru\u010duju elektroni\u010dkim putem. Pritiskom<br \/>gumba &#8220;Dodaj u ko\u0161aricu&#8221; odabrani proizvod dodaje se<br \/>u korisni\u010dku ko\u0161aricu. Proces narud\u017ebe sastoji se<br \/>od tri koraka:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prijava ili unos podataka za ra\u010dun i dostavu<\/li>\n\n<li>Odabir na\u010dina pla\u0107anja, na\u010dina dostave i potvrda<br \/>prihva\u0107anja Op\u0107ih uvjeta<\/li>\n\n<li>Potvrda narud\u017ebe<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon zavr\u0161ene narud\u017ebe, na e-mail adresu navedenu<br \/>prilikom registracije primit \u0107ete potvrdu primitka.<br \/>Ukoliko ne primite potvrdu, molimo Vas da provjerite<br \/>status narud\u017ebe i po potrebi ponovite postupak.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mihaljevi\u0107 med obvezuje se isporu\u010diti sve naru\u010dene<br \/>proizvode koji su u trenutku isporuke dostupni na<br \/>zalihama. Ukoliko neki od naru\u010denih proizvoda nije<br \/>dostupan, kontaktirat \u0107emo Vas e-mailom radi dogovora<br \/>o zamjenskom proizvodu ili otkazivanju.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slike proizvoda na stranicama su ilustrativne prirode<br \/>i ne moraju u potpunosti odgovarati stvarnom izgledu<br \/>proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mihaljevi\u0107 med nastoji objavljivati to\u010dne i a\u017eurne<br \/>podatke, ali ne preuzima odgovornost za potpunu<br \/>to\u010dnost i potpunost istih.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Pla\u0107anje<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupac se obvezuje naru\u010dene proizvode platiti<br \/>izravnom uplatom na transakcijski ra\u010dun Mihaljevi\u0107 med:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primatelj: Nektar, obrt za p\u010delarstvo<br \/>IBAN: HR1924070001100656480<br \/>Model: HR00<br \/>Poziv na broj: [broj narud\u017ebe]<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po zavr\u0161enoj narud\u017ebi kupac dobiva e-mail s podacima<br \/>za uplatu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i 2D barkod za jednostavno<br \/>skeniranje mobilnim bankarstvom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Narud\u017eba se obra\u0111uje nakon \u0161to uplata bude vidljiva<br \/>na na\u0161em ra\u010dunu (u pravilu 1-2 radna dana).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. Otprema (dostava)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naru\u010dena roba pakira se na na\u010din da se uobi\u010dajenom<br \/>manipulacijom u transportu ne mo\u017ee o\u0161tetiti. Kupac<br \/>je du\u017ean prilikom preuzimanja po\u0161iljku pregledati,<br \/>a vidljiva o\u0161te\u0107enja odmah prijaviti i odbiti<br \/>preuzimanje o\u0161te\u0107ene po\u0161iljke.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cijene dostave:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hrvatska: [cijena] \u20ac<br \/>Dr\u017eave Europske unije: [cijena] \u20ac<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besplatna dostava ostvaruje se za narud\u017ebe iznad<br \/>[iznos] \u20ac unutar Hrvatske, odnosno [iznos] \u20ac za<br \/>dr\u017eave EU.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5. Preuzimanje narud\u017ebe<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Narud\u017ebe dostavljamo na ku\u0107nu adresu kupca putem<br \/>ugovorene dostavne slu\u017ebe. Rok za isporuku iznosi do<br \/>3 radna dana od zaprimanja uplate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U rok isporuke ne ulaze:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dan zaprimanja narud\u017ebe i uplate<\/li>\n\n<li>vrijeme ka\u0161njenja zbog neto\u010dne ili nepotpune adrese<\/li>\n\n<li>vrijeme ka\u0161njenja zbog vi\u0161e sile ili zastoja u<br \/>prometu nastalog bez na\u0161e krivnje<\/li>\n\n<li>neradni dani i blagdani<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.6. Povrat i reklamacija<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupac ima pravo na povrat ili reklamaciju robe u<br \/>sljede\u0107im slu\u010dajevima:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>isporu\u010dena roba nije naru\u010dena<\/li>\n\n<li>isporu\u010dena roba ima gre\u0161ku ili o\u0161te\u0107enja koja<br \/>nisu nastala u transportu<\/li>\n\n<li>robi je istekao rok trajanja prije isporuke<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za svaku reklamaciju potrebno je prilo\u017eiti originalni<br \/>ra\u010dun.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reklamacije se podnose pisanim putem na e-mail adresu:<br \/>prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.7. Odgovornost za materijalne nedostatke<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sukladno Zakonu o za\u0161titi potro\u0161a\u010da, na odnose<br \/>izme\u0111u potro\u0161a\u010da i trgovca u slu\u010daju materijalnog<br \/>nedostatka primjenjuju se odredbe Zakona o obveznim<br \/>odnosima.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potro\u0161a\u010d je obvezan obavijestiti prodavatelja o<br \/>postojanju vidljivih nedostataka bez odga\u0111anja, a<br \/>najkasnije u roku od dva mjeseca od dana otkrivanja<br \/>nedostatka.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao prodavatelj ne odgovaramo za materijalni<br \/>nedostatak koji se poka\u017ee nakon proteka dvije<br \/>godine od prodaje proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Jednostrani raskid ugovora<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupac ima pravo jednostrano raskinuti ugovor u roku<br \/>od 14 dana bez navo\u0111enja razloga.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pravo na jednostrani raskid ostvaruje se<br \/>nedvosmislenom izjavom poslanom po\u0161tom ili e-mailom,<br \/>u kojoj se navodi:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ime i prezime<\/li>\n\n<li>adresa<\/li>\n\n<li>broj telefona ili e-mail adresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Rok za jednostrani raskid<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rok za jednostrani raskid iznosi 14 dana od dana<br \/>isporuke proizvoda (odnosno zadnjeg proizvoda iz<br \/>narud\u017ebe).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Povrat upla\u0107enog iznosa<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U slu\u010daju jednostranog raskida, izvr\u0161it \u0107emo povrat<br \/>upla\u0107enog iznosa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i tro\u0161kove isporuke,<br \/>najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od primitka odluke o<br \/>raskidu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povrat \u0107e biti izvr\u0161en na isti na\u010din na koji je<br \/>kupac izvr\u0161io uplatu. Povrat mo\u017ee biti izvr\u0161en tek<br \/>nakon \u0161to nam roba bude vra\u0107ena ili nakon \u0161to nam<br \/>kupac dostavi dokaz da je roba poslana natrag.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. Povrat robe<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robu je potrebno vratiti najkasnije u roku od 14 dana<br \/>od dana kad je dostavljena odluka o jednostranom<br \/>raskidu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smatra se da je obveza povrata izvr\u0161ena na vrijeme<br \/>ako je roba poslana ili predana prije isteka<br \/>navedenog roka.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. Tro\u0161kovi povrata<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tro\u0161kove povrata robe pri jednostranom raskidu<br \/>ugovora snosi kupac.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za informacije o na\u010dinu vra\u0107anja proizvoda, kupac se<br \/>mo\u017ee obratiti na e-mail: prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5. Odgovornost za umanjenje vrijednosti robe<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sukladno Zakonu o za\u0161titi potro\u0161a\u010da, kupac je<br \/>odgovoran za svako umanjenje vrijednosti robe koje<br \/>je rezultat rukovanja robom, osim onog koje je bilo<br \/>potrebno za utvr\u0111ivanje prirode, obilje\u017eja i<br \/>funkcionalnosti robe.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pravo na jednostrani raskid isklju\u010deno je u<br \/>slu\u010dajevima navedenim \u010dlankom 79. Zakona o za\u0161titi<br \/>potro\u0161a\u010da.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Pisani prigovor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pisani prigovor mogu\u0107e je podnijeti elektroni\u010dkom<br \/>po\u0161tom na adresu: prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odgovor na prigovor dostavljamo u roku od 15 dana<br \/>od zaprimanja.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Za\u0161tita osobnih podataka<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detaljnije informacije o prikupljanju i obradi<br \/>osobnih podataka dostupne su u na\u0161oj<br \/>[Politici privatnosti].<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kratki sa\u017eetak:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registracijom ili kupnjom dajete suglasnost da<br \/>Mihaljevi\u0107 med prikuplja i obra\u0111uje Va\u0161e osobne<br \/>podatke u svrhu obrade narud\u017ebe i komunikacije.<\/li>\n\n<li>Imate pravo u svakom trenutku povu\u0107i suglasnost.<\/li>\n\n<li>Imate pravo zatra\u017eiti brisanje svojih podataka iz<br \/>na\u0161e baze, putem e-maila.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Web trgovina koristi kola\u010di\u0107e (cookies) za<br \/>funkcionalnost stranice. Detaljnije o kola\u010di\u0107ima<br \/>pro\u010ditajte u na\u0161oj [Politici kola\u010di\u0107a].<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Sigurnost korisni\u010dkog ra\u010duna<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prilikom registracije kupac kreira lozinku koju je<br \/>du\u017ean \u010duvati i ne dijeliti s tre\u0107im osobama. Kupac<br \/>je odgovoran za sve aktivnosti i narud\u017ebe izvr\u0161ene<br \/>pod njegovim korisni\u010dkim ra\u010dunom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U slu\u010daju sumnje na neovla\u0161teni pristup, kupac nas<br \/>je du\u017ean obavijestiti na e-mail:<br \/>prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mihaljevi\u0107 med zadr\u017eava pravo zatra\u017eiti promjenu<br \/>lozinke ili blokirati korisni\u010dki ra\u010dun u slu\u010daju<br \/>sumnje na sigurnosni propust.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Tro\u0161kovi kori\u0161tenja<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kori\u0161tenje web trgovine Mihaljevi\u0107 med ne uklju\u010duje<br \/>tro\u0161kove ra\u010dunalne opreme i internetskog pristupa<br \/>koje snosi kupac. Mihaljevi\u0107 med ne odgovara za<br \/>tro\u0161kove telefonskih ili podatkovnih usluga koje<br \/>mogu nastati prilikom kori\u0161tenja stranice.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"8\">\n<li>Intelektualno vlasni\u0161tvo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sav sadr\u017eaj na stranicama Mihaljevi\u0107 med (tekstovi,<br \/>slike, logotipi, dizajn) je za\u0161ti\u0107en autorskim<br \/>pravima.
